Andrew N. Kiteley is the Founder and Managing Partner of the Forester & Ridge. The firm works with clients in multiple industries and in all regions of the world to identify their highest-value opportunities, address their most critical challenges, and transform their enterprises with lasting results.
Mr. Kiteley has over 25 years of diverse, cross-industry experience in senior level industry and consulting roles and is an innovative problem solver with strong leadership, communication, and management skills.
Before founding Forester & Ridge, Mr. Kiteley served as the Director of Strategy and Transformation for ConocoPhillips. Mr. Kiteley is a graduate of the top ranked Supply Chain Management program at the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. Mr. Kiteley is married and has three daughters.
Nicole Fountain
Nicole leads the Military & Defense Practice at Forester & Ridge. With more than 15 years of experience, she brings a strategic business development background and a proven record of scaling organizations across every stage of the business lifecycle — from early-stage incubation to global market expansion.
Nicole has led complex brand incubation and go-to-market initiatives, guiding clients from initial concept through full-scale commercialization and distribution across global markets. Her work spans industries, but she is especially recognized for her expertise in the defense sector.
Specializing in aerospace and defense, Nicole has partnered with senior military leaders, defense contractors, and executive stakeholders to secure and execute mission-critical programs. She has managed multimillion-dollar funding pipelines, cross-functional technical teams, government timelines, and operational resources to successfully win and deliver high-impact projects. Her portfolio includes initiatives supporting aerospace systems, military modernization efforts, defense supply chains, and cross-industry innovation programs aligned with national security priorities.
Nicole is known for blending disciplined execution with strategic vision — ensuring that complex defense initiatives move from proposal to performance with precision, accountability, and measurable results.
Donnell
Donnell has 20+ years of experience and a proven track record of delivering results that achieve greater business value from procurement through organizational transformations, business process automation, and enhanced supplier relationships. He possesses proven team leadership, client management, business case development, system implementation, and program management skills that have delivered measurable business impact and operational cost savings for clients across a variety of industries. Donnell is a graduate of the top ranked Supply Chain Management program at the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
Mike Boucher
Mike leads the Marine Industry Advanced Composites Practice at Forester & Ridge, bringing decades of hands-on experience as both a technical practitioner and end-user of advanced composite structures across the global marine sector. A lifelong sailor and marine professional, Mike combines deep technical understanding with real-world operational leadership gained at the highest levels of performance sailing and superyacht management.
He began his career in the marine industry before leaving high school, working part-time at a ship chandlery in New Zealand—where his passion for all things marine first took hold. He went on to spend six years in the sailmaking industry, progressing from sailmaker to Head of Service and New Sales. During this time, he developed deep expertise in high-performance sail systems, materials engineering, and customer relationship management, serving a broad spectrum of competitive and cruising clients.
From 2015 to 2020, Mike was based in Europe, serving aboard some of the world’s most prestigious super sailing yachts. As First Officer, he led deck teams and directed complex yard operations, regularly overseeing crews of 5–8 professionals. His responsibilities spanned refit planning, composite repairs and upgrades, rig optimization, and operational leadership—ensuring performance, safety, and precision execution under demanding timelines.
Since 2020, Mike has been based in Michigan, where he project-manages and captains both racing and cruising yachts for U.S.-based owners. He leads sailing teams of up to 16 and coordinates yard teams of up to six, delivering projects with disciplined execution, technical rigor, and a performance-driven mindset.
Throughout his career, Mike has dedicated himself to helping owners—from small boat sailors to 200-foot superyacht clients—achieve their goals. His work is grounded in technical fluency, operational leadership, and a deep understanding of advanced composites, performance systems, craftsmanship, and the realities of the marine environment.
Jessica Kenny
Jessica, who lives in Houston, TX leads the Oil & Gas practice for Forester & Ridge. Jessica has over 20 years of diverse global Oil & Gas Supply Chain experience including Strategic Sourcing, Market Intelligence, Process Improvement, Cost Reduction, Category Management, and Learning and Capability Development.
Jessica is skilled at understanding the needs of technical business partners and operationalizing value driven solutions. Key projects include, developing processes for Preferred Vendor Lists, supplier optimization, start-up operation Supply Chain support, cost reduction initiatives, and development of global training & mentoring programs.
Before joining Forester & Ridge Jessica worked at GasTech Engineering and ConocoPhillips in a variety of Supply Chain and leadership positions. She attended The University of Tulsa where she graduated top of her class in International Business and French. She also spent 15 years studying classical piano and competing in National Piano Guild and State auditions. She is a salt water fishing and aviation enthusiast.
Matthew Lussier
Matthew is a Summer Associate Alum who worked in the firms’ Private Equity Portfolio Operations Practice. Matthew’s primary academic focus was Corporate Finance and Supply Chain Management at the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University, where he graduated with honors. Matthew has started his professional career as a Valuation Analyst for Plante Moran.
Ashlee Will
Ashlee is a Summer Associate Alum who worked in the firms’ Private Equity Portfolio Operations Practice. Ashlee’s primary academic focus was Business Finance, Analytics, and Supply Chain Management from the Urschel College of Business at Valparaiso University, where she graduated with honors. Ashlee has started her professional career in the Finance Leadership Development program at Molson Coors.
Addison is a Summer Associate Alum who worked in the firms’ Private Equity Portfolio Operations Practice. Addison is 2025 honors graduate of the top-ranked Supply Chain Management program at the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. Addison is also the MIT Supply Chain Excellence Award Recipient for 2025, and will attend MIT for her Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management starting in 2027. Addison has started her career with Accenture’s Sourcing and Procurement Practice (Insight Sourcing Group Acquisition) and lives in Atlanta, GA

Cole has started his career as a Commercial Banking Associate at Comerica Bank and lives in Detroit, MI
McKenna Kiteley
McKenna is a Summer Associate Alum who worked in the firms’ Private Equity Portfolio Operations Practice. McKenna is currently a Sophomore at the University of Florida, attending the Innovation Academy, as part of the nationally ranked Warrington College of Business. McKenna is interning during the summer of 2026 for Sommerly, a hyper-growth venture capital backed consumer packaged goods start-up, where she will report directly to the Founder and CEO.
Riley Kiteley
Riley is a Summer Associate Alum who worked in the firms’ Private Equity Portfolio Operations Practice. Riley is 2025 honors graduate of the top-ranked Supply Chain Management program at the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. Riley will attend MIT for her Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management starting in 2027. Riley has started her career in the Global Indirect Strategic Sourcing team of Boston Scientific, and lives in Boston, MA
Erik Kappen
Erik is a Consultant working in the firms’ Private Equity Portfolio Operations Practice. Before joining Forester & Ridge, Erik worked more than three years in the Global Strategic Sourcing and Category Management Organization at Walgreens Global Headquarters in Deerfield, IL., his primary focus was on the Fixtures & Fittings Spend Category as well as Asset Protection and Loss Prevention. Key Projects included supplier optimization, cost reduction and cash flow release initiatives.

Dhiraj Akkala
Dhiraj is a Summer Associate Alum who worked in the firms’ Private Equity Portfolio Operations Practice. Before joining Forester & Ridge, Dhiraj completed a high-profile internship with Boston Consulting Group (BCG), in Chicago, Illinois. At BCG, Dhiraj was aligned with Principal Investors and Private Equity group where he worked on commercial due diligence in the technology and healthcare space. DJ is a graduate of the top ranked Supply Chain Management program at the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. DJ has started his career as an Associate in the Private Equity and M&A Advisory practice of Alvarez & Marsal, and lives in Chicago, IL.
