Based in Port Huron, Michigan, Andrew N. Kiteley is the Founder and Managing Partner of Forester & Ridge, where he advises corporate and private equity clients on strategy, procurement, supply chain transformation, operational improvement, and value creation initiatives. Under his leadership, the firm serves organizations across multiple industries and global markets, helping clients achieve measurable business outcomes and sustainable competitive advantage.
Andrew brings more than 25 years of cross-industry experience in both executive leadership and consulting roles. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale transformation programs, developed high-performing teams, and delivered significant operational and financial improvements for organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to middle-market enterprises.
Prior to founding Forester & Ridge, Andrew served as Director of Strategy & Transformation at ConocoPhillips. He is a graduate of the top ranked Supply Chain Management program at Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business. Mr. Kiteley is married and has three daughters.
Andy Nguyen
Based in Detroit, Michigan, Andy is a Senior Supply Chain Consultant at Forester & Ridge and leads the firm’s AI Agents-as-a-Service practice. He helps clients apply AI across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle to improve efficiency, automate routine work, and accelerate value creation. He is currently developing an AI Agent Accelerator Framework for a private equity client to guide organizations through different stages of AI adoption and maturity.
In addition to leading AI initiatives, Andy works closely with executives and teams to drive AI adoption through training, knowledge-sharing programs, and practical implementation support.
Prior to joining Forester & Ridge, Andy worked in the Business Transformation Services practice at WG Consulting, supporting projects for clients including Molina Healthcare, Siemens, and Kapsch TrafficCom. Before graduating, he completed supply chain internships with ODL, Inc. and Toyota North America.
Andy is a graduate of the top-ranked Supply Chain Management program at Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business.
Donnell
Based in San Francisco, California, Donnell brings more than 20 years of experience helping organizations create value through procurement transformation, process automation, and supplier relationship management.
Prior to joining Forester & Ridge, Donnell worked in the consulting organizations of Booz Allen and IBM, where he led initiatives focused on operational improvement, business transformation, and cost savings across a variety of industries.
Donnell is a graduate of the top ranked Supply Chain Management program at Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business.
Mike Boucher
Based in Charlevoix, Michigan, but originally from New Zealand, Mike leads Forester & Ridge’s Marine Industry Advanced Composites Practice, bringing decades of experience working with advanced composite structures across the global marine industry. A lifelong sailor and marine professional, he combines technical expertise with hands-on leadership in performance sailing and superyacht management. Based in Michigan since 2020, Mike manages and captains racing and cruising yachts for U.S. owners, leading sailing and yard teams to deliver projects with precision and efficiency. Throughout his career, he has helped everyone from small boat sailors to superyacht owners achieve their goals through a practical understanding of advanced composites, marine systems, and operational excellence.
Jessica Kenny
Based in Houston, Texas, Jessica leads Forester & Ridge’s Oil & Gas Procurement Practice. She brings more than 15 years of experience across the upstream, midstream, and downstream segments, with deep expertise in strategic sourcing and category management for global energy companies.
Prior to joining Forester & Ridge, Jessica held roles within the Global Strategic Sourcing and Category Management organization at ConocoPhillips, where she helped drive procurement strategies and value creation initiatives across the business.
Matthew Lussier
Based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Matthew is a Summer Associate Alum who worked in the firms’ Private Equity Portfolio Operations Practice. Matthew’s primary academic focus was Corporate Finance and Supply Chain Management at the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University, where he graduated with honors. Matthew has started his professional career as an Investment Banking Analyst for Plante Moran.
Ashlee Will
Based in Chicago, Illinois, Ashlee is a Summer Associate Alum who worked in the firms’ Private Equity Portfolio Operations Practice. Ashlee’s primary academic focus was Business Finance, Analytics, and Supply Chain Management from the Urschel College of Business at Valparaiso University, where she graduated with honors. Ashlee has started her professional career in the Finance Leadership Development program at Molson Coors.
Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Addison is a Summer Associate Alum who worked in the firms’ Private Equity Portfolio Operations Practice. Addison is 2025 honors graduate of the top-ranked Supply Chain Management program at the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. Addison is also the MIT Supply Chain Excellence Award Recipient for 2025, and will attend MIT for her Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management starting in 2027. Addison has started her career with Accenture’s Sourcing and Procurement Practice (Insight Sourcing Group Acquisition) in Atlanta, GA.

Based in Detroit, Michigan, Cole is a Summer Associate Alum who worked in the firms’ Private Equity Portfolio Operations Practice. Cole's primary academic focus during undergrad was Supply Chain Management and Finance with a minor in Data Analytics at Northwood University. Cole has started his career as a Commercial Banking Associate at Comerica Bank HQ in Detroit, MI.
McKenna Kiteley
Based in Gainesville, Florida, McKenna is a Summer Associate Alum who worked in the firms’ Private Equity Portfolio Operations Practice. McKenna is currently a Sophomore at the University of Florida, attending the Innovation Academy, as part of the nationally ranked Warrington College of Business. McKenna is interning during the summer of 2026 for Sommerly, a hyper-growth venture capital backed consumer packaged goods start-up, where she will report directly to the Founder and CEO.
Riley Kiteley
Based in Boston, Massachusetts, Riley is a Summer Associate Alum who worked in the firms’ Private Equity Portfolio Operations Practice. Riley is 2025 honors graduate of the top-ranked Supply Chain Management program at the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. Riley has started her career in the Global Indirect Strategic Sourcing team of Boston Scientific.
Erik Kappen
Based in Chicago, Illinois, Erik is a Senior Manager in Forester & Ridge’s Private Equity Portfolio Operations Practice. He brings experience in strategic sourcing, category management, supplier optimization, and cost reduction initiatives. Prior to joining Forester & Ridge, Erik spent more than three years in the Global Strategic Sourcing and Category Management organization at Walgreens’ global headquarters in Chicago, where he managed the Fixtures & Fittings, Asset Protection, and Loss Prevention categories. His work focused on supplier optimization, cost savings, and cash flow improvement initiatives. Erik is a graduate of the top ranked Supply Chain Management program at the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
Dhiraj Akkala
Based in Chicago, Illinois, Dhiraj is a Summer Associate Alum who worked in the firms’ Private Equity Portfolio Operations Practice. Before joining Forester & Ridge, Dhiraj completed a high-profile internship with Boston Consulting Group (BCG), in Chicago, Illinois. At BCG, Dhiraj was aligned with Principal Investors and Private Equity group where he worked on commercial due diligence in the technology and healthcare space. DJ is a graduate of the top ranked Supply Chain Management program at the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. DJ has started his career as an Associate in the Private Equity and M&A Advisory practice of Alvarez & Marsal, and lives in Chicago, IL.
Preston Lee
Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Preston is a Summer Associate at Forester & Ridge, where he supports the firm’s AI Agents-as-a-Service Practice. In this role, he assists with the identification, testing, and implementation of high-priority AI Use Cases, as well as raw data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, purchasing trends, supplier consolidation opportunities, and process improvement initiatives that support strategic sourcing objectives.
Preston is currently a Sophomore at the Georgia Institute of Technology, pursuing a degree in Aerospace Engineering. He is involved in the Yellow Jacket Space Program’s Simulations team and is a member of the BSMS Honors Program, where he will pursue research and a Master’s Degree in his field.
Prior to joining Forester & Ridge, Preston gained ample technical and problem-solving experience through his time at Georgia Tech. He is particularly interested in the space industry and the role of AI in aerospace, and looks forward to continuing to develop expertise in those areas.
